Ventajas
Very good Experience
I was welcomed so well, everyone is so nice!
I've had a few bad experiences in the past with other internships, and I can safely say that Connecting Software was a true breath of fresh air!
There's schedule flexibility; you choose when you get in and when you leave.
The new office is very well equipped and in a nice location where it's easy to get to with public transportation, even if you don't live in Funchal.
I enjoyed how flexible the people were, as I was able to have more freedom in choosing what I wanted to pursue!
Overall, I have enjoyed it so much! Even if it's challenging sometimes, I always feel motivated to do my tasks!
It's very nice to see a Company this well adjusted give opportunities to the younger generation, sadly, it's not very common in Portugal.
Desventajas
So far, my experience has been very positive. I just noticed that there's not a lot of flexibility for remote work/ work from home unless you have a good reason, which is completely fair and not an issue for me in the near future
