Ventajas

Your are given quite a bit of freedom do develop relationships with customers. They also offer good flexibility for work/life balance.

Desventajas

Lack of vision and focus. Management does a lot of talking with little walking. Most individuals are great to work with, but incompetence is often ignored. Way too many employees don't respond to customer demands with a sense of urgency. Very small company that acted it was a like a large enterprise and took way to long to adapt to customer needs.
