Desventajas
- Moral is at an all time low - Upper management doesn't listen to anyone and frequently makes knee jerk reactions - Management focuses on some the 'little' things and not the big picture - Terrible raises that don't even cover inflation - A lot of the engineering is performed by people without a degree "designers", whereas the engineers are busy doing presentations - Engineers are required to do a lot of hand holding instead of others being accountable for doing there job - Employees with degrees are answering phones instead of the company hiring a receptionist at a lower wage. This isn't the 1970s anymore. - Every department is well under-staffed - The saying "ehh, close enough" is used too often in the shop - Many new machines sit idle whereas older, more often used machines, can't hit the tolerances required, yet it's a precision, motion control company - More time is spent passing the NPI gate checklist instead of making the best product - The NPI process is very outdated and doesn't fit today's market - Management will make the decision to use a cheaper product knowing the performance is worse - Absolutely no room for growth - No training whatsoever, you're more or less thrown the wolves - More time is spent in meetings that have no outcome.
