      Meet the man Eric senior who's trainer of the program, very welcoming and supportive. Love the way he taught us, wish to experience more of his session. One thing the way he teaches is practicing with the whole class, that's amazed everyone.

      They give more than enough hours and good pay

      Desventajas

      But I don't like that I only worked for the festival it would be nice to be really full time I would stay there for a while

      • Payroll is made on time and accurate. • Available hours.

      Desventajas

      • No direct deposit. • Untrained management. • No discipline. • Minimal safety protocols. • Zero officer oversight. • Guards no call/no show and sleep on the job but are never disciplined. • Guards go months without updating expired guardcards. • Raises are a joke.
