Ventajas
shifts were consistent. and most residents were very decent people, always kind always ready to talk. sucks because I didn't get to say bye to some residents I liked and also some of their pets who became very fond of me.
Desventajas
minimum wage pay and management only valued what the condo board members thought about the guards,. felt very radicalized as there was one lady there that kept giving bad remarks about me to the management at the condo I worked around and I only know this bc the security supervisor told me. lmao and every other resident was fine with me and my personal work ethic. by far worst security company I worked with. they fired me week after Christmas too. and guess what I got better opportunities after leaving them. so thank god for how things played out.
