Ventajas

The CEO is very accessible. Has a well designed ticket system that makes your day clearly outlined. The job is very involved. Weekly paycheck!

Desventajas

The ticket system is not used to its full potential. At times management seems very unclear as to the things they want from employees. Occasionally, the company tends to not value the time of newer employees.

Ventajas

If you are new to computer services, and you don't have any other opportunity to gain some work experience, then I suggest spending no more than 1 year at this company. There are a few people at this company that are knowledgable and helpful, but I stress, few. For the most part, you are on your own.

Desventajas

I spent 7 years and received 1 raise. The owner just hates giving anyone a raise(It just costs too much). No recognition. Little support( In seven years I had reported to 30 different Service Managers). I was expected to be on-call 24/7(every hour of every day of every year). After five years the company thought that it would be ok to allow on-call pay. Even though I was on-call all the time, I received pay once every 5 weeks.
