Ventajas

Es la mejor empresa en la que he trabajado. Tienen prestaciones justas, sueldo competitivo y se preocupan por sus empleados. La recomiendo con creces

Desventajas

El salario puede estar un poco debajo de la media para el puesto pero tienen buenas prestaciones

Ventajas

-Friendly coworkers -Great partners -Opportunity to try things -Many people genuinely care and are willing to help in when asked -New leadership team has the right idea (though unfortunately came in too late imo) -Great CFO

Desventajas

-Company trajectory on the decline -Top heavy organization, too many people trying to delegate down to the few people who actually execute -Lack of proper strategy -Most of the mid level managers who were the heartbeat of BigCommerce historically have left and not sure if the company will be able to reinvent itself in time -Conflicting goals of different organization pit teams against each other. Caused too much friction internally. For a company struggling for relevance from external sources, this was a mistake.
