      Ventajas

      Good to learn new things and various technology. The team work at the same level is good. You can share and exchange knowledge and build fantastic things together.

      Desventajas

      You never get the praise of doing your work. If it's done right then it's the top management and if it's not done then it's you. Politics at it best.

      Relaxed environment, with a good product.

      Desventajas

      Absolutely no leadership or upper level management. No accountability to any processes, procedures or goals and a lack of training on onboarding.
