Ventajas

Challenging work with an extremely supportive culture that walks the walk in terms of transparency and individual professional development.

Desventajas

It’s a lot of responsibility and you have to be able to operate within some grey areas. There’s extensive documentation via Notion on almost every aspect of the company (now we’re paid and who is paid what, team directory, financials, etc). Right out of the gate you need to be ready to learn and also try and provide value in a way that’s collaborative but also decisive.
