If you see positive reviews - THEY ARE F@KE BEWARE! They had an internal drive many weeks ago where one of the leaders pushed its employees to provide a good rating (else employees could face indirect c0nsequ€nces) So what I've observed during my tenure - 1. Bad leadership - messaging from different leaders does not match each other 2. No proper vision/ direction of they want to achieve - basically running clueless 3. Prioritising sales than improving the product OR assigning proper responsibilities to its employees. 4. Get hired as an engineer but work for everything else, get hired as a product expert and be able to work nothing on product 5. Only marketing, product is not good - its not solving anything. I have 10 years of experience in engineering and product - I can't understand how this company is surviving 6. The work culture is the w0rst - no personal time - end up working full day - they also take an underwriting signature that you'll dedicate all your time for this company and nothing else. 7. Work your @ss off and still no appraisal - you'll probably get laid off too 8. The company has not crossed 300 employees in its 11 years of existance and still is a startup where other competition has grown large inspire of having bad products talks a lot about colortokens internal flaws.
