I also had no issues with the LOCAL People & Culture team, who were professional and supportive throughout the process.

Desventajas

After the merger between Encora and Coforge, we were welcomed into the new organization, only to find out days later that the whole marketing team was being laid off. Many of us had spent years at Encora and had contributed significantly to global projects and the company’s growth, which made the situation even more disappointing. The process felt disorganized and lacking in transparency, especially given the contrast between the initial messaging and the decisions that followed shortly after. This also happened across other teams within the company, which made the situation feel even more uncertain internally. Clearer communication, more empathy, and better handling of the transition process would have made a significant difference for the people affected.

no bonus, no raise. So ask for a good amount of money from day 1
