      Ventajas

      I worked at Coderio for two years as a Backend Developer and had a really positive experience. The projects are engaging and give you the chance to work with solid technologies and real challenges. There’s a strong focus on learning, and you’re encouraged to take ownership of your work. The teams are supportive, and collaboration flows naturally, which makes day-to-day work enjoyable.

      Desventajas

      At times, working across different teams and clients can lead to shifting priorities, which requires being flexible and adapting quickly.

      Ventajas

      Working at Coderio has been a great experience over the past two years. One of the biggest advantages is the opportunity to work with large clients and be involved in interesting, technically challenging projects. The environment also encourages professional growth, giving developers the chance to expand their skills and take on new responsibilities as they progress.

      Desventajas

      Communication between teams could sometimes be improved to make collaboration smoother across projects.

      Ventajas

      Mi experiencia en Coderio fue excelente. La empresa valora profundamente el trabajo en equipo, la comunicación abierta y el aprendizaje continuo. Siempre me sentí apoyado por mi líder y motivado a compartir ideas y afrontar nuevos retos.

      Desventajas

      El ritmo puede ser intenso a veces, especialmente en proyectos de gran envergadura. Pero también ofrece la oportunidad de aprender mucho y participar en iniciativas emocionantes.
