      Working at Codeex as a Business Development Manager is a really positive experience. The role keeps you busy but in a good way, there’s always something to learn and ways to contribute with your own viewpoints. The team is super friendly and collaborative, and leadership genuinely supports you in taking initiative and trying new ideas. The tools we use for CRM, reporting, and workflow management make day-to-day work a lot smoother. Overall, Codeex opens possibilities and lets you discover your full potential, that's the main benefit for me.
