Ventajas
If they actually did have any issues they've been resolved by now (I suspect the 1 star reviews are just bitter ex-employees with bruised egos.) I've been working here for a few months now and it's great. I left my previous job due to inappropriate subjects in the workplace (religion/politics/etc) and I haven't ran into any of that here. Everyone has been extremely open and supportive -- I've felt welcomed and included my entire time here. They treat you like an adult and allow you to work independently. They've also continued to profit through the pandemic which is great. I've been given the chance to work with lots of different tech, something I didn't get at my previous jobs. Working here has definitely made me a better developer. -Casual dress -Flexible work schedules -Hybrid office setup (WFH or in the office, it's up to you) -Monthly learning budget -R&D Days (a day to learn about literally anything you want)
Desventajas
They may pay a little on the low side but there are plenty of other benefits to make up for that. The independence that you get also means that your hand isn't being held through everything, which can be rough for some people, but I enjoy trying to figure out things on my own. And when I truly do get stuck there is always someone available to reach out to who is willing to help.
