      Working at ClinDatrix is a unique opportunity to be in an environment where you see how the business runs from bottom to top. It's a mid-sized CRO with an employee base who have solid in depth experience in the pharma industry. Its processes are finally tuned to exceed FDA regulations.

      Desventajas

      Kitchen area isn't the most grand, but staff do a great job keeping it clean and comfortable

      The people are great. They are eager to grow and motivated to do top notch work. They have a lot of potential just need to keep growing.

      They do not always have enough work to keep the staff busy. The salary could be a bit more competitive with the rest of the industry.
