Ventajas

-Your sales skills and ability to connect to callers directly impact your pocket. -You have some control over your schedule. -Work from home can be earned. -Casual attire in office -They leave you to do your thing as long as you meet their minimum requirements.

Desventajas

-Collections is hard, much less during a global pandemic when many are struggling financially. -Two late nights required weekly. -Work from home is taken away as they see fit. -Meeting their minimum requiments is not always feasible. They say they look at the whole situation and understand when this occurs but their actions are inconsistent with that.

The immediate team you work with is amazing - thats it

Desventajas

Everything. No raises on over five years, retaliation against those who speak up, no communication, pizza parties instead of bonuses, loads of work for minimum wage pay, a CEO who is toxic and hangs golf's with his boys who also work there instead of helping his company, predatory against their own collectors, never work here.
