The culture is mature but fun, there is genuine collaboration across the board whilst maintaining a competitive environment, senior management communicate well, and to employees at all levels, and Client Server is an ambitious company with a clear vision, but want to make sure that growth is sustainable and done in the right way. And if you have an idea/innovation, with a reasonably strong business case, senior management are very receptive and will help you implement it.
