Ventajas
Most of the people at the company are a delight to work with, collaborative and helpful. Flexible hours, work from home, generally low stress if you set good boundaries.
Desventajas
It bills itself as a tech company but has no real tech talent, just a bunch of legacy software that they sold years ago that they have to keep supporting and re-selling. No investment in any new tech, just bandaids on the stuff they already have. The one at the top is a terrible boss, and surrounds himself, personally and professionally, with a bunch of privileged white men, so don't expect to advance in the company in any meaningful way.
