      Ventajas

      The work culture is progressive. If you have what it takes to excel, you will be handpicked and given that promotion skipping people who are much senior to you. Being a woman, I find it extremely comfortable to see so many women working in a position of responsibility here. We move fast and growth is in the DNA. If you are young and just starting off with your career, this is probably the best company for that.

      Desventajas

      The job is demanding, it will need a lot of time. Some people might feel that they are overworked.

      Ventajas

      Majority of people at Click Labs are relishing the opportunities they are getting and know that Click Labs is an ideal launch pad for them to launch their careers. The learning opportunities are many and we are given new challenges each day. Things I have learned in the last 18 months couldn't have been replicated working for years at any other place. New direction of entering the B2C space is also refreshing and giving lot of motivation to be a part of what others are using. Salary is also good and have got more than 30% raise in 18 months. Best thing is the young co-workers.

      Desventajas

      Work is challenging, one should be eager to learn.
