      Ventajas

      The company is really invested in each individual employee. The management trusts their employees and does not micro manage individuals. I am a very happy employee. The benefits are pretty good for a small company and the compensation is fair based on how well your team does in their territory.

      Desventajas

      I honestly cannot think of a con right now. We did just get bought by Optiv- but right now that even looks positive.

      Ventajas

      The company is more a family than a company. The leadership is more concerned with taking care of their employees than watching profit margins grow and actively involved in helping employees grow their careers. - great benefits - include all the typical medical coverage at very competitive cost to the employee - training budget for each employee to pursue further career advancement - salary, above industry average salary, generous 401K matching - social events - multiple events throughout the year for employees to get together and hang out

      Desventajas

      You get spoiled working here, it is very difficult to leave.
