Desventajas
The C-Suite has a really really hard time trusting their people and being direct and clear about the vision. You go around in circles trying to understand what the objectives are, and as soon as you think you understand and where they want everyone to go, the goal post has dramatically shifted in the other direction. Near impossible to be successful if your role is to empower people to understand the goals and to train sales and customer service.
