Empresa: Excelentes beneficios, oportunidades de crecimiento y aprendizaje. Programa MLDP: oportunidades de aprendizaje integral en múltiples departamentos, becas de vivienda y reubicaciones remuneradas.

Desventajas

Empresa: La comunicación es deficiente o se siente reservada para ciertos grupos de personas. Falta de delegación y asignación de responsabilidades a nivel de planta. Programa MLDP: Incertidumbre en torno a la colocación y ubicación permanente tras la finalización del programa de rotación. Dificultades para aprender cuando las plantas presentan dificultades.
