Ventajas

I don't recall anything that stands out. Every once in a while my director would buy us coffee.

Desventajas

Unethical management team. The usual setup is to fire salespeople (plural) once a large deal has closed - therefore not having to pay them commission. The particularly nasty aspect is that in order to do this there has to be "cause". So the story becomes the salesperson was a horrible employee. Then they vigorously fight unemployment. The company is disorganized and literally sets it's people up for failure. If you must take a job to pay the bills then this may work. You will have about 8 months.

Ventajas

kind of flexible on scheduling. decent pay not too stressful

Desventajas

overworked with no care about your personal life they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.
