That's exactly why I joined and that's exactly what I got. The Chasing Unicorns staff really want you to succeed in your desired industry and will guide you through creating/editing your resume and Linkedin profile and guide you every step of the way until you are hired at your desired company including negotiating the pay you deserve. On top of that, the mentorship is a full year so once you do land a job you get to continue the mentorship, for the next steps after, for a whole year. Basically this program pays for itself, it's like a mini education into a brand new career which was the case for me.

I had a really good experience with Chasing Unicorns but really you are the person that is going to help you get what you want out of the program, just like anything else, you get what you put in.
