Supportive, respectful environment, great exposure, high salaries

Slow learning, knowledge not compatible with industry, no wfh

Give chance to learn and further grow in career. However, requires it to me more fast pace. People learn and get the exposure due to role of cppa in power sector, but then leave to othe companies offering good salaries.

Promotion policy should be better and improved. Quick decisions need to be taken when needed.
