Ventajas
Majority of the staff where a pleasure to work with. Lots of good people working hard to be helpful and do things right. (Before the majority of them left!). A really good way to expand your skillsets and experience, kinda like how wars helped advance medicine. Some training given - occasionally to the appropriate people. The original aims of the company were good, well meaning and effective. Salary was generally competitive.
Desventajas
Following the buyout by Castleton, the company identity was lost. Strange/dubious decisions were made. Hard working, dedicated staff were treated very badly. We became a disposable commodity which led to many people feeling undervalued and this was reflected in their attitude towards work and colleagues. Left feeling every day was an uphill struggle. Promises were very rarely kept, staff not given opportunity/tools to do their jobs. No payment for travelling time, this can be up to 10 hours of your own time travelling to and from customers. Legal minimum pension, no private health car, gym membership, flexible working hours.
