      Ventajas

      Nothing is balanced. You can't believe in this entire 32 resignation has been filed by employees and no one want to retain that skilled employee. Min 1% to max 6% appraisal done so far and favoritism is openly done here. They hold you in service agreement for small off-shore training more than 5 years.

      Desventajas

      There is lot of politics, lacking to provide skill upgrade training. Useless and meaningless service agreement ( Bond)

      Ventajas

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Desventajas

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
