      Ventajas

      This is a great opportunity for those who are looking for leadership experience, those who know they have what it takes and want to champion the opportunity. Plus it serves great social good. Very unique corporate culture in the sense that it’s rare — true team effort, supportive, disciplined which ultimately allows you to grow.

      Desventajas

      No cons for me. Requires tenacity. You either got it or you don’t. The perceived cons make you a better person, professional and personally.

      Ventajas

      Great people and a very fun job. Lots of flexibility and a great manager. I really loved this job it was very rewarding.

      Desventajas

      The leadership could be very disorganized at times for this position as it was a relatively new job. There were a lot of people reporting to one manager so it was difficult to get individual attention.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The organization had undergone a period of transition and alignment to ensure that we are structured to meet our goals, and I'm happy to say that we now have the proper leadership in place to lead each department.
