      Ventajas

      The product, the people, the culture, the free food, you name it! Campaign Monitor is an amazing place to work and really unique for a company and its product to be so loved. This is by far the best employment experience I have ever had!

      Desventajas

      Because the company is just starting to grow very quickly (much like a start-up) some of the benefits processes are a little slow and need some work. This will surely improve over time though!

      Ventajas

      You are well supported, management leads by example.

      Desventajas

      Pay is a bit on the lower end of the spectrum for CSM's and the bonus pay structure was a bit odd.
