Ventajas

Great pay, package and support. Training is also very good for new starters Open door policy for management which is great when you need help or advice especially if not from the indsutry. Senior leadership have a plan, are open about it and communicate well. It's not for everyone. If you're not comfortable selling or handling constructive feedback, it might feel too fast-paced. Commission structure is one of the best ive seen/had before Private healthcare is a nice touch

Desventajas

Big targets mean pressure Marketing could do with producing more inbound leads and brand awareness Hours are long at 40 per week and holidays could be better but not the worst ive come across sometimes have to carry other sales team members who arent commited and cant do the job which in turns makes it harder to hit the collective number

Ventajas

Salary is great. You won't make any commission or get paid right away but at least you'll make a decent salary.

Desventajas

Sales processes are broken. They don't have the money to buy tools to help, don't want to take your suggestions on what would work, don't have any sort of training, only want to make numbers look good for investors. I wouldn't come here if you're looking for something stable and to make money. They haven't even figured out their ICP! Take your talents elsewhere.
