Ventajas

friendly staff always there for support, the co ordinators are all very hands-on while your out working, management has been great I've been with the same company for over 5 years, free uniform, and your paid for the training (shadow shifts) they cover many postcodes in scotland and always plenty of shifts ;)

Desventajas

would be great if more pay towards travel and fuel was considered

Ventajas

There aren’t any pros in this role.

Desventajas

You will always be working, on call is 6am until 10pm, you won’t have any clarity on your shifts or any meaningful support as nobody in the office communicates. Again, you will literally always be working, and even on your days off you’ll be asked to cover shifts. Very bad place to work.
