Very unprofessional management at the main Cal-Soap office in terms of dealing with conflict. Dysfunctional management openly argues with other employees about policies and procedures. Management seems more concerned with keeping government funds for their own long-term securement of their own employment rather than educating student employees and making effective contacts with high school students.
