There's a laid back attitude and usually no micromanagement.
Desventajas
The working hierarchy is outdated and not clearly outlined, in many departments focusing on IT testing you will end up doing not exactly what you were hired for. Unprofessional leadership of projects is rampant throughout this company. There are wonderful and talented people to be found, however you need to be lucky to meet them, and they belong mostly to the younger generation (<40). Here it is mostly network-based success - don't expect to take root here unless you make friends fast and you're comfortable compromising your integrity in exchange for a good relationship with management. Without it, you shouldn't expect a favourable review no matter how useful you are. On the other hand, noticed many employees and contractors who barely lift a finger and have stable positions for years. On more than one occasion I have encountered misogynistic or downright unfriendly behaviour from project manager, test manager, or members of associated teams.
