Ventajas
There’s some pretty chill people that work here and I’m happy with the job because of where I am. - I am also learning although that could be specifically because of what I do in my job and place of work.
Desventajas
- HQ is horrendous with responding to emails or getting stuff done on time. - Communication is a disaster. I’ve been relocated before and was never told the details until the day of or the night before and sometimes the people there didn’t even know I was coming. - They never pay Overtime hours on time. It’s a constant email chain trying to get paid for those hours - you won’t get paid if you use PTO on the day before or after a holiday weekend - No room to move up. Everybody is either related to the owners or is a friend. Very political in terms of who goes where.
