Ventajas
- Solid pay - Fully remote opportunity - Freedom to work on my own schedule. I'm able to decide how many classes I'll mentor and when those classes will take place. - Excellent opportunity to grow as a mentor/instructor on a part-time basis - Collaborative environment for both students and employees! I've had a lot of great conversations with other employees regarding career growth, mentoring students, etc. - The school is always looking to improve the course curriculum for students. Looking into ways to teach best practices, tools, etc. So far Senior Management has been extremely friendly and open to improvements.
Desventajas
- As an international school it can be tough working with students in drastically different time zones. - The school lacks a bit of a cohesive onboarding process for new employees. Expectations for your role are loose at best when first starting. - No taxes taken out of pay, will make tax season a bit more difficult than normal each year.
