I am sorry to hear that your experience at the Lab has been a negative one. It appears that culture and values as well as compensation and benefits are of greatest concern to you. We developed a set of core values that Lab is based on, and I personally work very hard to ensure that every employee of the Lab, from each intern to the CEO, subscribes to those values.
