I joined CASCINATION as a Digital Marketing Manager with an international background. They welcomed me and quickly became part of the team. The culture is conducive to creating friends and mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved. Some of the smartest people I know work here. You learn a lot from them and in general the collective is very cool. The manager provides regular communication, listens to and considers new ideas, and continually encourages growth, both personally and professionally. Top management is straightforward when you do a mistake but at the same time respectful and emphatic. Since the company is mid-size, you still get access to CEO, which is good if you want to learn from him.

Sometimes you have to work long hours but that's normal in such a competitive environment and your efforts are recognized and compensated.

Good work ambiance and perks. Mostly English speaking company with employees of in international origin. A lot of challenges for people working in robotics in Medtech.

Despite the many efforts the work organization is still disorganized at times. Medtech is very regulated in itself and a lot of software/mechanical development is for regulatory purposes. Which is great if you work in Quality.
