Ventajas
Nice people, decent properties, try to be supportive and flexible, benefits were decent. Overall, not a bad place to work if you get in with a good team.
Desventajas
Very different experiences based on the boss/team you are with. I was there when another management company bought C&R, and the whole acquisition was handled very poorly. I had 5 bosses in 3.5 years, and most of them were good to work for, but when it was not a good situation, it was very frustrating and isolating. With the company changes, there was a total shift in company culture that I did not want to be apart of. It was also jut time for me to move no to something else, so I don't want to say it was all bad or not worth my time there. Again, not a bad place to work and gain experience overall.
