Ventajas

When you first start at Byte, you are immediately welcomed with open arms by an incredible training team and are surrounded with other people that are ready to learn the ins and outs of the Byte process! From then on, you always feel like you have a place, and can talk to your supervisors as friends with your questions or concerns. That was my experience from day one until now. The culture is an infectious and inspiring one.

Desventajas

Sometimes, due to the rapid growth, you are prevented from having easy access to shadowing and internal project opportunities because all hands are needed on deck to lessen the workload for the employees and the wait time for the customers. This makes it hard to grow internally until the queue is under more reasonable control.
