Ventajas

Byte is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for! The leadership has a vision for where the organization is going and regularly communicates how to get there. I’ve never seen an organization that is both maniacally focused on customer experience and also willing to empower employees to help achieve that rather than simply barking demands. Regarding daily work, it’s a grind...but that’s NOT a bad thing if you’re someone who takes ownership in your work. Simply put, if you’re looking for a gig where you can make the most money for the least effort, this isn’t the place for you. As for upper management, TOP notch! Owners care about us as employees and individuals, both professionally and personally.

Desventajas

The benefits are great, but the insurance is relatively expensive due to being a smaller (young) company.
