Ventajas
Mostly flexible schedule, company quarterly bonuses, benifits, company vehicles to drive, paid drive time, choose schedule
Desventajas
Hard to move up in company, can be hard getting good pay raises, traveling all over the Wasatch Front from Layton and Sarycuse to Heber and Park City down to Nephi and out to Tuqila. Some days are slow and short while other days are slammed and long. For me I haven't recieved my own company truck yet and I have to share one with my coworker. I have been here for almost 2 years in just a few months. They just hired someone and after 1 month he has is own pickup. So there really isn't a balance. Plus I have to drive a truck that is clumsy and not nessasary for my current position in the company. It gets very tiring and old.
