Ventajas
Each person is individual and looking for what he needs. I was very lucky to find everything that was important to me right here. An excellent company with high cultural values and most importantly it is not intrusive. The projects offered by the company inspire you to develop them and develop yourself. The people are incredible, every member of the team feels like a real partner. You can always offer something and you will be heard and supported.
Desventajas
Cons is always very subjective. I have been working for over 6 months now. Yes, of course, here you cannot come to the project and make a decision - we have to rewrite everything from scratch. Because you feel like it. But tell me where is it possible;) I still like everything
