Ventajas
- Supportive leadership team and style - you're treated like an adult here. - Great 'work life balance' - and this isn't just a buzz word, I've worked in companies where they claim this is a thing, but they actively promote it here. - Decent, well thought through benefits & they listen to their employees to ensure the benefits match what's important to them. - Good office location in the centre of Brighton with awesome views of the sea and the downs.
Desventajas
Office space is a bit dry and whilst the view is great its not that inspiring for a tech company. I know they're working on this now though which is good. The office environment can be a bit quiet which is great for developers but not as great for the customer facing teams Whilst they want to include lots of people in decision making it's often a recipe for disaster. They might want to review this.
