Ventajas

Great to work with some of the brightest minds to deliver exciting products. Meaningful products that make genuine improvements to the delivery of healthcare. CEO/Founder passionate to push technology further and further.

Desventajas

Product robustness compromised in favour of 'funky' design. In some cases premature market release reflects lacking QC. Headstrong CEO/Founder micromanages team internationally. Outside of large office locations, there are limited career pathways internally.

Ventajas

- Independence to streamline workflows and set up roadmaps as self-starters. - Front-row seat to life changing clinical interventions and being table to play a part in it.

Desventajas

- Hours can vary depending on customer needs - early start since surgery starts at 7 am typically and not a specific end time. - Might need to travel if there are multiple customers you are handling.
