They have a CEO that has no teaching experience and whatever he says goes and the rest of management is too afraid to suggest more productive alternatives. They allow teachers that can play guitars to use when teaching so if you have the misfortune to be next to one it becomes very loud in the studio your in and thus makes if difficult to teach your classes. I'm not trying to bad mouth everything they do but everything I have stated is the truth.
