The client I was given by B&P allowed me the work-from-home flexibility. B&P provided different employee events and benefits.

Desventajas

1 on 1 with managers are ineffective.

Ventajas

Fast hiring process and that’s it

Desventajas

They will prioritize their clients over their employees. Meaning, if ever an investigation was launched against you. They wouldn’t bother to hear your side and just deem you guilty of the things that clients accused you of. Slow response time from superiors. After separation, they don’t even give you confirmation regarding your exit process.
