Work From Home options, great team, learning new things

I have worked at Boostability for a few years and over the course of the past 15 months or so, have watched it slowly die. I believe they hired someone to look at the bottom line and find ways to cut costs, which resulted in a (surprising) round of layoffs and "restructuring". They assured us that everyone who was left was "safe". Then they started using AI to complete much of the work, and the clients and partners noticed. Now we are losing accounts left and right, probably because people realized they can do the same shotty AI work for far less money, and the employees that are left are getting a front-row seat to doomsday.

Ventajas

Direct management was incredible. Some fun activities and team bonding

Desventajas

Upper management went south really fast, blame it on the industry but when multiple rounds of layoffs hit it felt more about profit margin then the people.
