At the rate things are going, I'm not sure if I'd be surprised if the company goes out of business in the next 5 years. * Most of the lower-level in-house career advancement positions have been dissolved. * AI and foreign contractors took a lot of jobs in the last year. * The pay is not good. They also haven't done a 401(k) match since before covid.
