Ventajas
Contrary to other reviews I've seen here by non current Boost employees there are bonuses every quarter. As well as many other perks. Soda, gym membership, free food on the regular. Not to forget the opportunity. Many of the leaders and management came from internal promotion. Training as well. Many people join the team not knowing much about SEO or business in general. This job can be a good stepping stone or a long term career. It's your choice! Don't forget the relationships. I've meet many people here at work that I would now call life long friends. I know these relationships will reflect positively on me on my work ethic and possibilities for future employment. It's a small valley and I want to have great opportunities for the future.
Desventajas
Some roles are stepping stones. Many people stay for a year then move on to progress their career. I've had many friends do that and I miss them, but I know it's the right thing for them. No company can be everything to everyone forever. These people left their mark and are now focused on the next opportunity. Good for them.
