This job is great for gaining experience and advancing in different roles in DNA analysis.

Desventajas

Pay is awful, tasks are overwhelming and staff gets taken advantage of. They hire mostly college students so they can get away with paying little.

good experience, wide variety of customers. lots of tasks. some good staff which were helpful to those of us who traveled all the time. i left several years ago.

Desventajas

overworked, pushed to grow business by 20% when business was actually declining. On many occasions, I would work 7 days a week, with no sympathy from management. personal life was in shambles. poor management, I was laid off without warning or reason when i hit 60 years old. this was very common to dump the older employees. do NOT recommend this company.
